It should work just fine if /usr/doc is a partition of its own or
on the /usr partition -- but if /usr/doc is a symlink to somewhere
else, it won't work. eg if you have /usr/doc linked to say
/disk2/doc, but /usr/share is not /disk2/share, it won't work.
