doc-base usage

Hi Adam,

For potato, are we supposed to use:

 Files: /usr/share/doc/PACKAGE/path/*

or

 Files: /usr/doc/PACKAGE/path/*

and let the compatibility symlink do the conversion.

Or does it matter?
