I don't think we should change the perl convention, but in general I think
it's better to follow the python one - i.e., I would suggest zope-X not
X-zope.
It seems, to me, to be cleaner to divide the package namespace up by
prefix, not by suffix. Compare gimp-data, gimp-plugins, gimp-backgrounds,
gimp-manual.
