it does not do automatic conversion between CP 1250 (and others) and ISO Latin 2

and links also displays text while loading, my impression is that w3m has to
wait until the whole page is loaded.
What I'd like to see is lynx with links's renderer, or links or w3m with
lynx's recoding, cookies,configuration possibilities etc... :-)
