Adam, colour me stupid, but I'm confused.
I have been aware of your separate patches system for a while, and glibc
uses something similar, and I understood that it was good :-)
But I don't understand why you don't use a pristine .orig.tar.gz! I would
expect something like this:
foo.orig.tar.gz - upstream source
foo.diff.gz - debian diff, includes debian/ directory and debian/patches
directory, but nothing else.
Could you briefly explain what I'm missing?
