I connect directly to db.debian.org, and I _think_ I get that message
directly from db.debian.org.

I haven't debugged it too much, but ltrace suggests that I send to
db.debian.org the following (all the strings terminated in \r\n):

--- snip ---
GET /update.cgi?id=cespedes&authtoken=KNX8hGV4Y3zCc,59b05df0db913f332f5a&editdn=uid%3Dcespedes%2Cou%3Dusers%2Cdc%3Ddebian%2Cdc%3Dorg HTTP/1.0
Referer: https://db.debian.org/search.cgi
Connection: Keep-Alive
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.7 [en] (X11; I; Linux 2.2.13 i686; Nav)
Pragma: no-cache
Host: db.debian.org
Accept: image/gif, image/x-xbitmap, image/jpeg, image/pjpeg, image/png, */*
Accept-Encoding: gzip
Accept-Language: en
Accept-Charset: iso-8859-1,*,utf-8

--- snip ---

...and db.debian.org replies this way:

--- snip ---
HTTP/1.1 200 OK
Date: Fri, 10 Dec 1999 20:21:28 GMT
Server: Apache/1.3.9 (Unix) Debian/GNU mod_ssl/2.4.2 OpenSSL/0.9.4
Connection: close
Content-Type: text/html

Malformed URL entered
--- snip ---

(without a \r or \n in the last line).

BTW, is there any way to change the settings in the developper
database without using the WWW server at db.debian.org? I remember
there was a `change@db.debian.org', but I don't know how does it work.

Thanks,
