* It turns out that 0.14.1-4 had a build dependency on ncurses-base
5.0-4. 0.14.1-3 doesn't work properly with xterm 3.3.6-3 either, and
has a build dependency on ncurses-term 5.0-{2,3}. This version
defines all the `xt5250' function keys from F1 to F24 explicitly in
both the xterm keyboard translations and the terminfo definition,
similar to the upstream source, so it should work properly with any
xterm, and build correctly with ncurses-base 5.0-5 or any future version.
