* Use different lockfiles for incoming and different outgoing feeds.
* Renamed basename() to xstringbasename() to get rid of name conflicts.
* Handle hidden dots correct.
* Changed max size of messages from 512K to 1024K.
* bsmtp.m4: bsmtpd removed, bsmtp-relay added.
* Use sendmail -odi (interactive) instead of -odq (queue).
* Created different manpages for different commands and batchparms.
* Get rid of -Wall warnings.
* Place r*smtp commands in /usr/sbin as Debian policy recommends.
* Set umask to 077 for security reasons.
