Why would this go in x11 and not graphics?  It's an image editing
program that just so happens to use X.  Did I misunderstand the
purpose of the x11 directory?  I thought it was for the X distribution
itself and other really X specific stuff.

If x11's for all the programs that just *use* X, then emacs,
ucbmpeg_play, and many of the games need to be moved there.
