Try the new svgalib 1.2.11 that was packaged a few days ago. It is libc6,
and:
- Buildin support for C&T 65xxx (LCD laptops), Cirrus 5436, few more
modes for ALI driver + tiny mods to easily support Hercules
Stingray 64/Video and S3 virge using drivers for compatible cards.
Support for S3 Trio64V+.
See if the newer version support your S3 Virge! :) (I have S3 Trio64V+,
BTW. :)
