File a wishlist bug against the netbase package with the appropriate line/s
to add to /etc/services, and some basic information about what it's for,
why it's necessary/desirable, and any other information that's likely to
be helpful.

Whichever seems more convenient, I suppose --- either seems perfectly
reasonable to me.

You might like to lookup the lsh project (free ssh replacement) too,
perhaps.
