Buildd administration — <architecture>@buildd.debian.org
lists a couple of people. And also a working mail address. Contacting
people via a role account is always prefered.
Alternativly you could send mail to debian-wb-team@lists.debian.org to
reach all of the people (but as Wouter already responded I'm not going
to forward your mail).
