That is bullshit. No modern server hardware runs with free software
only. And even for a lot of laptops/computers you need some non-free
firmware blobs. And if not, you still have the bios, which is - in most
cases - not free software. And you want to have microcode updates. And
firmware updates for your networking/fc hardware. And you want to be
able to manage your server hardware.

Forbidding non-free tools for Debian work makes Debian and supporting
Debian impossible.
