Anyone can test the app using upstream package
https://download.pulsar-edit.dev/?os=linux&type=linux_deb which
installs everything in /opt/Pulsar/.

This is an Electron app and I am looking for advice from other NodeJS
and Electron app maintainers on how to package this properly in
Debian.
