Actually that's ”word” for txt (actually generated based on
/usr/share/xml/docbook/stylesheet/docbook-xsl/common/sv.xml)

Ack. I have no idea about it yet (french quotes are correctly generated in
pdf).

It actually uses ”<span class="quote">words</span>”. Is there any
problem here ?
