Bug#31521: dpkg: dpkg dies when run in an Eterm

`Eterm', whatever that is, is leaving SIGPIPE set to SIG_IGN.  This is
a bug in it.  Could you please reassign this bug to the appropriate
package ?  I don't know what Eterm is.
