Bug#32501: dpkg barfs on rm'ing directories which aren't empty
Package: dpkg
Version: 1.4.1
Upon trying to delete a non-empty directory which dpkg presumes
to be empty (such as /etc/X11/xdm) after it has deleted any files
in it known to dpkg (which are not encessarily ALL files, just
the ones from debian-packages) it segfaults. This does happen
when it tries to install/upgrade a package.
