Bug#37738: dpkg: there should be a way to list packages which depend on another package

Version: 1.4.1.1

It would be incredibly wonderful to be able to, say `dpkg --depends libc5' to
see what packages installed depend on the libc5 package. As it stands, you have
to dpkg --remove or --purge and see if it produces error messages.
