apt-get unusable
Hello and Happy new year,
after apt-get update and upgrade or dselect,
i get this messages:
E: Cannot get debconf version. Is debconf installed?

dpkg not recorded as installed, cannot check for epoch support !

Some errors occurred while unpacking. I'm going to configure the
packages that were installed. This may result in duplicate errors
or errors caused by missing dependencies. This is OK, only the errors

I have debconf installed , could someone tell me what to do ?
apt-get and dselect are unusable and i can't do any updates.
