So only packages not taken directly from Debian is LTSP and Java?

No Debian packages "tweaked" or "hacked" to better suite Skolelinux?

If we are talking about Debian Installer, then yes, I agree bugreports
should go to Debian BTS.

On the other hand, if it is "Skolelinux Installer, derived from Debian
Installer" it should go to Skolelinux BTS instead.
