voting for next irc meeting

Hi

The next IRC meeting will take place in two weeks.
Now I created a Wiki site (well Alexander Schremmer did thanks to him :) )
and i recommend all volunteers to vote there for a date.
After five days (from now) I will fix the date for the next gathering by 
counting and then deciding.
