[Bug 1138] We need to check and act on the non-free packages on the DVD

I dropped all non-free packages to save time and effort, by not having to
evaluate them individually, and because as far as I can see, none of the
non-java packages are very important for the debian edu CD and DVD.
Only gnupg-doc is listed in a task we want on the CD, and as a suggest.
crafty and scilab are listed in some of the other tasks, and are not very
important for debian edu either.
