Ok, your log says: "profilechooser: info: Debian-edu-expert = true", so I guess
you ran in expert mode, and when you said yes to building ltsp-root, it failed,
as that isn't a valid option with the profiles mainserver, or workstation, at
least not at the moment.

Is that correct?
I'm able to reproduce the error with this scenario, but not otherwise.

What you probably want is to choose the profiles main-server+thinclient-server.

I'm going to close this as Invalid.
