final extremdura dates

Hi,

as the IRC meeting yesterday unfortunatly didnt take place, I'd like to 
resolve this here. 

AFAIK Cesar has proposed or decided 4th til 7th of October for the Debian Edu 
gathering in Extremadura.

So, are these dates final? Who will declare them final?

My problem is, that currently I have flights booked where I will be leaving 
spain on the 2nd of October, so I would need to change those tickets, and to 
do this, I would like to know that these dates are final.
