[Bug 1334] Plase add mlocate to installed packages

I agree that we should provide the locate tool.
There seem to be three packages providing locate:
i locate - maintain and query an
index of a directory tree
p mlocate - quickly find files on
the filesystem based on their name
p slocate - Secure replacement of
findutil's locate
Why should mlocate, and for example slocate be installed?
