the debian archive key was replaced in the lifetime of the etch release.
debian fixed this with pointreleases, but we have not had the same releases so
our images have the old archive key.

This causes the netinstall to fail.
booting with the argument debian-installer/allow_unauthenticated=true sidesteps
the problem, by beeing insecure.

DVD's are selfcontained and unaffected.

this is a wontfix, but in the bugzilla for others to see. close once we release
lenny.
