You just need:

1. A wii-controller (just the controller, not the wii)
2. A infrared led pen, you can get these from various resources (check
for "wiimote infrared pen", "the groove"), or build one by yourself
if you are not afraid of a soldering iron,
3. a working bluetooth daemon (aptitude install bluetooth)
4. the gtkwhiteboard package (aptitude install gtkwhiteboard)

- (optional, nice software for writing on PDFs and freehand sketches)
   aptitude install xournal

- also optional: aptitude install wminput, if you plan to use the wiimote as
a wireless mouse. For this option, an additional "wireless wii sensor
bar" (which are actually just infrared leds with no sensor functionality)
is practical, but two tealight candles will do as well and look
  more groovy. ;-)

- Also optional: a stand for the wii remote for adjusting the camera to see the
  entire board.

The URLs that Petter quoted are the long version.

Regards
-Klaus
