Sorry Martin I don't get this, you needn't set the IP address
in /etc/dhcp3/dhcpd.conf only the host name (i.e. static00) the IP address is
then generated by DNS (bind9) and is by the default configuration 10.0.2.50
for static00 up to 10.0.2.99 for static49.
These addresses should also be automatically selected by lwat based on the
host name.
