Mi ne konsentan ĉi aserton. La lokaĵo 'eo_EU' ne diru ke la esperanto 
astas rezervata al la eŭropanoj, sane 'en_US' ne diru ke la angla lingvo 
esta rezervata al la usonaroj. Ĉiu povas krei sian lokaĵon. Eksemple mi
povas krei mian en_FR aŭ eo_FR.

Mi nur konsenti ke 'en_US' estas multe uzata en usono kiel ni povos
pensi ke la esperanto estas multe uzata en eŭropo. (tio estas nur 
 eblvero en ambaŭ kazoj).

Bone, la EU estas oficiale rezervata por uzo kiel ni volas uzadon ĝin.

Nia problemo estas simple havas unuan esperantan lokaĵon
por faluzo 'fallback'. Negrava ke tio estu EU aŭ XX, la grava estas
la ĉeesto de la esperanto lokaĵon.
