At first, try to unplug the "faulty" 192.168.100.1... :)
Or best: try to unplug your firewall from network! ;-)

What you are looking for has two parts:
- /etc/syslog.conf for logging into files
  => take a look at "man syslog.conf"
- /proc/sys/kernel/printk for console logging
  => take a look at kernel Documentation: sysctl/kernel.txt => printk
