Are you trying to do FTP connection tracking on multiple ports other then
port 21?

If so, then you just have to tell the ip_conntrack_ftp what ports it should
do ftp tracking on when you load the module:

modprobe ip_conntrack_ftp ports=21,4559

This would do connection tracking on ports 21 and 4559
