arm build: gpc failing
The last arm build appears to have died during a Pascal compilation. :-P

The current version built everywhere else (except hppa, which you can't
do anything about since it's glibc's fault), so things are pretty close
to ready....
Maybe someone should contact upstream gpc about this.
And/or disable gpc on arm for now. :-P
