gcc-defaults build

gcc-defaults currently build-depends on gcj-4.1-base (>= 4.1.2-3) and
gcc-4.1-base (>= 4.1.2), which I do not have installed (I have
gcc-4.1-base 4.1.1-21).  Is this really necessary?  I've been able to
successfully build with "dpkg-buildpackage -d", and no package depends
on either gcj-4.1-base or gcc-4.1-base anymore.

Is it OK if I remove these build-dependencies?
