Dear Maintainer,

Please consider rebasing elfutils to 0.178 upstream.
Its main benefit is the automatic debuginfo downloading
client & server.  This lets users of debugging type tools
like systemtap stop worry about manual apt operations, and
lets developers run their own servers.
