Please push python-shapely upstream & pristine-tar branches to Alioth

Hi Johan & Pietro,

I found your work on python-shapely (1.5.9-1) in git, and I'd like to
see this uploaded to unstable as soon as possible to fix the outstanding
RC bugs that are blocking the geos transition.

I'd like to upload the package, but I'm unable to build the package from
git because the upstream & pristine-tar branches don't have the 1.5.9
changes.
