Updates for TdhCAD, TdhGIS and TdhZones (totally free software for Linux and MS Windows available at TdhGIS.com)
TdhCAD now allows users to:
Put any number of grids anywhere on a drawing at any angle.
Create any number of xy charts, place them anywhere on the drawing and size them to suit your needs. Edit and annotate the charts with all the tools available in TdhCAD.
Use longitude/latitude coordinates seamlessly for a drawing.
TdhGIS now allows users to:
Use a TdhCAD drawing as an overlay, in addition to using a background raster image. All the tools available in TdhCAD can be used to annotate a TdhGIS display, including legends and xy charts.
Create a grid set to any angle and convert the grid to polygons.
Share points between polygons. When a shared point is moved, using the cad derived tools within TdhGIS, all polygons sharing the point are updated accordingly.
Use the new Data Update and Overlay dialogs to access data from Sqlite databases and merge data associated with polygon groups based on polygon intersections.
TdhZones now allows users to:
Determine the location of a mobile device relative to polygons defined within a TdhGIS database.
Identify the nearest polygon, whether you are inside or outside the polygon and the direction and distance to the nearest border.
Run the local version entirely on a mobile device with no communication requirement.
Use the client/server version to access a server database from any number of clients.
