Bug#32370: libc6: getpwent() returns each user twice when using "passwd: db files" in nsswitch
The output is correct. If you tell the NSS functions over
/etc/nsswitch.conf, to search in db AND in files, getpwent
will show you both, all entries from db and all entries
from files. If you don't like that, configure /etc/nsswich.conf
correct to use only one of both. You could find more information
in the libc.info pages, and man nsswitch.
