Yes, obviously.

While d_t_fmt and t_fmt are clearly documented in several places,
("man 5 locale", glibc info pages, the standard at www.opengroup.com)
I can't find any notice about date_fmt anywhere.  Is it actually used?
Or is it just some dead code left over from some previous version?
