Bug#302551: /var/lib/dpkg/info/libc6.list.orig remains

I'm assuming that someone knows all about that file, and that a .diff
between the .list and the .list.orig isn't needed.  It is zoneinfo
stuff, plus getconv is removed, and glibcbug is included, and their
manpages do what they should.
