Hmm that's strange, the changes between 2.37-3 and 2.37-4 are very small
and do not touch locales. Anyway we are talking about a different issue
for a different version of the package (this bug is about *upgrading to
2.37-3*). Please open a separate bug report, and provide the full log of
the issue.
