RFS: updated golang-github-azure-azure-sdk-for-go and deps

Hi Go team,

I'm looking for a sponsor to upload the following packages.

 - golang-github-azure-azure-sdk-for-go (experimental)
   * Team upload
   * New upstream version 68.0.0+git20231220.f497335 (Closes: #1059083)
   * Update Depends and Build-Depends
   * Update d/watch to track HEAD
   * Disable all tests as they rely on network access
   * Override lintian warnings regarding test data

The following dependencies are needed to update azure-sdk-for-go.

 - golang-github-azure-go-amqp
 - golang-github-azuread-microsoft-authentication-extensions-for-go
     
All the packages can be found at the corresponding go-team/packages Salsa repo.
