Erm... no, you won't. They *are* (mostly) available. The URL you quoted
above tells you why they appear not to be:

A couple of packages /really/ aren't available (e.g. libsoup2.2-2), but
experience suggests they're probably stuck in the `new' queue, awaiting
ftpmaster approval.
