Well I know of at least ONE GOOD reason not to use 1.1.3, it has depreciated
headers and will not compile in 3.2.1 ! And it first appears in the
rigclass.h - rigclass.cc 'area". It may well elsewhere.
The latest snapshot of 1.1.4 appears to compile under the new(er) gcc.
