gqrx-sdr backport and gnuradio

Hi,

The backport for gnuradio that was uploaded to stable backports has broken
the installability of gqrx-sdr.

Please please please recognise that when you make uploads to stable
backports that ordinarily will trigger a transition, this is something that
you have to manage manually. There is *no* automated infrastructure for
transisition management in stable-backports.

If you do not have the time or resource to commit to this, please just don't
make the upload. You are breaking stable systems.
