I just completed a fork of the soundmodem package from Thomas Sailer, 
which can be seen on

https://gitlab.com/packetradio/soundmodem

I would be interested in keeping the package (or my successor) available 
from the debian repos. I would also offer to help maintaining the debian 
package, however this would be my first debian package. So I would be 
glad for a helping hand and some advice.

What would I need to do to become member of the debian-hams?
