Encouraging stackage (Re: Several Pending Autoremovals)

In fact, it would be great to have every upstream in Stackage. If my
calculations are correct, we currently maintain 116 packages packages,
that are not in stackage.
I attach list of them (if MAINTAINER is unknown, it means that
packaging is not dep-5, and I failed to automatically extract this
information)
I propose following:
* fix dep5 packaging and build full maintainers list
* send some templated email to them with polite ask to join stackage
*on behalf* of DHG, something like:
Hello, dear maintainer of <package> haskell package.
We are debian haskell group, who take care of debian packages
of your haskell packages.
Debian packaging is based on Stackage LTS, and if your package
is not co-installable with current LTS snapshot, we have to
patch things, which is probably work duplication. If it is not
possible, we have to delay transition.
It would greatly simplify our work, if your package would be part of
Stackage and you would receive notifications about such
co-installability issues from first hands. Can you please do it?
Thank you.
What do you think? Would it be polite?
