It is. I've placed your XF86Config on:
	ftp://ftp.parisc-linux.org//kernels/712/XF86Config-4.Hildebrandt

I think the available resolution (1280x1024) is only possible with
the addon "V-RAM" card. It's a small, rectangular card (~4x6cm)
that plugs in next to the gsc/telecom slots.
