Yes.  svn keeps a complete local copy so you can do diffs while
disconnected.


Ah ok.

I need so rcs/scm what eats less disk space (specialy when it's a local repository?), any suggestion? (there are so many open choise: <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_revision_control_software>)
