64 new or updated packages from 8 Jan to 17 Jan

Hi,

here are the new and updated packages from 8 Jan to 17 Jan.
N denotes a new package, U denotes an updated package.

Do not try to find a pattern, the packages were selected by going through a
quite randomized list skipping unbuildable packages.

WRT my last post: The N packages were not at the website when I answered,
but will soon. There are now well over 300 packages known to compile without
changes whatsoever.

WRT debian-devel-hurd-i386-changes: doesn't work as advertised. Will
hopefully be fixed soon. Hold on.
