If FreeBSD mkfs.ext2 accepts -o flag, you need only to make such
partition and unpack a tar file. If it doesn't, download one-floppy
Linux, or use GNU mkfs.ext2 (don't know if it is portable) to make
such partition and then unpack tar file.
